Skinny on Weight Loss - New Sessions Starting April 2014!

Skinny on Weight Loss

Learn strategies to lose weight and keep it off! The program features weekly weigh-ins with discussions on nutrition, exercise and behavior change.

Skinny on Weight Loss is the premier fat loss program of the JCC of Greater New Haven's Largest Loser contest.

You will learn:
  • how eating the right foods helps burn fat
  • how to understand calories and nutrition labels
  • how to use food and exercise logs and set goals that truly work
  • how to maximize your workout time to boost metabolism
  • how emotions play a role in what and when you eat
Sessions are led by Pam Hutchinson, MS Exercise Science, ACE Certified Health Coach.

In this six-week program, participants meet once per week. For your convenience, sessions are held in the morning and evening as follows:
  • AM Sessions: Mondays at 10:00 AM April 28 through June 9 (no class Memorial Day)
  • PM Sessions: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM April 29 through June 3 

JCC Members: $99, Non-Members: $149

Individual sessions also available by appointment with Pam.  
Six 30-minute individual sessions: $239
